This year’s CBC-exclusive symposium beer is the brainchild of “Brotherly Suds” group, which includes current and past brewery participants of Philly Craft Beer Week.
Truly a group effort, the beer was brewed at Sly Fox Brewing Company; the malt portion of the recipe designed by Flying Fish Brewing Company, Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurants, Sly Fox Brewing Company and Victory Brewing Company; and the hop portion handled under the guidance of Stoudts Brewing Company, Troegs Independent Brewing Company and Yards Brewing Company.
“We pretty quickly settled on a rye-accented Maibock so that Pennsylvanian Germanic brewing roots and the season of CBC could each be represented,” said Bill Covaleski, Victory Brewing Company.
As always, CBC attendees will receive one 16 ounce canned symposium lager upon check-in!
